We have not yet actually seen the clubs. Nor do we know much about them. But the name certainly is overtly curious, if not a little polarizing. R11 Irons
Ok, well they’re not white, but they are new. Better known for their drivers and metalwoods, TaylorMade’s irons fall into that (can we use another colour reference?) gray area between performance iron and forgiving iron. R11 Foul Pole
TaylorMade has erected an 80 foot high replica of the R11 in San Diego’s PETCO Park – essentially working as the right field foul pole.
