New S56 Irons are Tour Proven

Already a major winner, the blade-style S56™ iron appeals to players who put a premium on shot control. PING pro Louis Oosthuizen played the new S56™ irons and Tour-S™ Rustique wedges while dismantling St Andrews to capture the British Open while Hunter Mahan used the his S56™ irons to win the WGC-Bridgestone Invitational and, in doing so, punched his Ryder Cup ticket for 2010.

A steel body design with variable tungsten toe weighting positions the CG for higher launching long irons and more controlled, penetrating trajectories in the short irons. Its patent-pending Stabilizing Bar™ Technology varies in width throughout the set to optimize each iron’s CG location. Machined face and grooves ensure consistent performance and precise control.
