Great events to get out and see

Get out your calendar and jot these dates down as the coming few weeks (starting this week!) offer up some great opportunities to get up close and personal with many of the stars of tomorrow right here in Southern Ontario.

This week at Clublink’s Greystone Golf & Country Club in Milton the Canadian Tour is in town for the first of three stops in the province.  The Jane Rogers Championship runs its competitive rounds from August 6th-10th and daily admission is a mere $10 per person. Children, students and seniors are free.

Tickets are available at the gate during tournament week. In addition, anyone with a 2009 Canadian Open ticket can attend the Roxul Jane Rogers Championship for free by showing their Canadian Open ticket at the gate.

All ticket proceeds will go directly to the event charities, the Trillium Health Centre Oncology Clinic and the Colorectal Cancer Association of Canada.

Other members and alumni in the field included Stephen Ames, Stuart Appleby, Chris Baryla, Matt Bettencourt, Michael Bradley, Wil Collins, Glen Day, Bryan DeCorso, Chris DiMarco, Ken Duke, Nathan Green, Scott Gutschewski, Todd Hamilton, Tim Herron, Kent Jones, Troy Kelly, Ian Leggatt, Spencer Levin, Peter Lonard, John Mallinger, Steve Marino, Scott McCarron, Bryce Molder, Joe Ogilvie, Pat Perez, Tim Petrovic, D.A.
