Ultimate Bag Tag 2010
Here we go again …
One of the things we like to do around here at GolfScene is reward our readers and online subscribers with some neat stuff. We certainly do value your readership, we know you love golf, and this is our way of saying thanks.
So, what did we come up this time?
2010 is the combination that will place one winner on 10 courses (along with a friend) in what will amount to 20 rounds. Our math puts that at 360 tee shots. Sorry we’re not going to be providing the tees (or balls) but should you need a cart – the participating courses have included those as well.
We’ve been talking about it for a little while now and …

And here’s the ultra fine (as in good) print.
We decided to make you work a little this time around. Nothing in life, this good, should come too easy. Before you can become eligible to drop spikes on 10 courses (for free!) you will need to answer 10 questions. Each question will revolve around each of our participating golf courses and we’ll send out one question each week for, you guessed it, 10 weeks. Those with the correct answers (write them down for now as we’ll give you a nice easy form to fill out at the end) will be eligible to win what we’d like to think of as the Ultimate Bag Tag for upcoming season in southwestern Ontario.
CONTEST IS NOW CLOSED – [Click Here] to see who won.

This would certainly do that — Playing along with our contest for 10 weeks could get you on the links, all free, compliments of GolfScene and our partner golf courses.
Pick me, your next winner!! Starving artist desperately needs to go out and play golf.
Ok Steve, I think I found it, had to use magnifying glass to see it, you couldn’t find anything smaller, like a golf ball in the trees or something, just as tough. Next week, broken tees search, and even with that, not completely sure what i seen, i think Keith there gave me the hint but could be wrong, because i can barely see the word.
Glad you found it Stephen. Note: the golf courses website would be the first (and only) place I’d look (and I will always provide a link within the question intro). Also if type size is an issue that has nothing to do with us – perhaps you should increase the type size on your browser (that is possible and will make all type larger and easier to read). I like the analogy of finding the lost ball though — you didn’t expect us to drop you dead center in the fairway did you? On a side note, this is why all websites (like golfscene.ca does) should have a search function – I am still amazed at those which don’t. Good Luck the rest of the way — I know you will answer all 10 seeing as you worked this hard at the start. And hopefully, everyone is now seeing my parallels to golf with this contest format.
I zoomed to highest level and used the magnifying glass, I’m not from around T.O. and this seems to target these courses, so basically I’m playing with one hand tied. Still got it wrong, that was tough question I thought. Still do. Thanks Steve – it was a lot of time, not work. When do the next round of question come out? And the Golf Channel site doesn’t, at least all the ones I entered, and just entered, just type in email, done.
Contest is probably best suited to those who live and play golf within our circulation area. Mondays are probably a good day to check for new questions. Good Luck.
Thanks Steve, for all your help.
when do the questions come out, mon, tuesday, etc, so we can know when to look?
